How can I optimize my debutify theme banner for mobile and desktop viewing?

Hi I'm having trouble with viewing my banner on my store. It doesn't fit on mobile or desktop. My theme is debutify. How can I go about fixing this?

looks like your first banner fits fine... most likely in your settings you forgot to add a mobile version
