How can I overlay text on a multi-column section in Stiletto theme?

I am hoping to find some help in how to overlay text and add an arrow button on the following multi-column section pictured #1, in Stiletto theme. Inspo site pictured #2. Where it would be header, then body on the bottom left, clickable arrow on the bottom right.
