How can I properly set up the Referrer-Policy?

hello everyone,

how can I set up the Referrer-Policy?
This scanner: https://securityheaders.com/ shows that I have missing that.

I put this code to theme.liquid <head>

 <meta name="Referrer-Policy" value="no-origin-when-downgrading"/>

unfortunately scanner still shows that referrer-policy are missing.
What is the best way to solve that?
