How can I reduce the text area on my About Me page?

Is there a way to make the area where the text goes on the About Me page smaller? I hate the way it takes up the entire page, it looks very sloppy. I've seen where it only takes up a small box and then there's a picture to the left or right. Thank you!

Other people cannot see what you see unless you explicitly communicate that.
