How do I add a product review feature to my Debut theme?

You need to add a reviews app like this one from Shopify which is free https://apps.shopify.com/product-reviews personally I prefer this one https://apps.shopify.com/judgeme which has a pretty generous free plan and will probably be enough for what you want.

You can use Shopify's free Product Reviews app to display customer reviews on your product pages:

Please follow the step by step instructions listed in our Product Review guide below:

• Using the Product Reviews App · Shopify Help Center - seeing as you are using the Debut Theme, ensure you follow the steps outlined for vintage sectioned themes.

After you've installed the Product Reviews app, you can add review forms to your product pages, and review score badges to your product and collection pages. It's important to note when you make changes to the original code and save the changes, we always suggest you first duplicate the theme and work in the duplicate. That way you can always go back to your previous version.

I noticed you have an Instagram feed linked at the bottom of your homepage which is a fantastic way to promote your business and products!
