How do I easily resize images in an image banner?

Can someone help me resize images?

I was hoping I could just grab the corner and scale it up and down as I needed, but that's not an option.

You'd think a multinational web development corporation listed on the New York stock exchange, at least one person would have thought re-sizing an image in an image banner should be easy and intuitive, but I guess that's too much to ask

shopify theme blocks are responsive and have specific pixel requirements. Resizable bammer module would not be responsive to all devices hence this feature is not part of the platform.
