How do you add an Affiliate Banner?

I've joined an affiliate program for a merchant that will compliment my site (I sell wine decor & accessories, they sell wine).  I've received the HTML code needed to add the affiliate banner to my site.  I've searched the Shopify Forums for assistance on how to do this, but couldn't find what I was looking for.  Any help would be appreciated.   Please no "paid services" replies, as I need to learn how to do it myself since this banner will change often.  Thanks
