How to add expiration time on my checkout page?

Hello, I am using Debut theme and I want to add expiration time on my checkout page like on screenshot. Is there some application for that or code change is only option? Thank You very much!

P.S. I want expiration time on all 3 checkout pages (information, shipping and payment)
