How to upload different images for mobile & desktop for the slideshow

I have added some images into the slideshow but they get cropped on the mobile version. When I set them correctly for the mobile version they get cropped on Desktop. Can someone help me how to add images into my slideshow for the mobile and desktop version.

It really depends on the theme you are using. If you are using a premium theme, double-check the theme settings (and official manual), quite often theme developers include an option to add the banner for desktop and mobile versions separately.

But if it's just a single banner image upload, there are not many options left without substantial code customization.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked everything and even set the right pixels for the images but they still get cropped.
