"Theme error found" - but I can't find it!

Hello all,

Recently when I open the Shopify theme editor page get a pop-up warning stating:

Invalid CSS after "...border_color', ": expected function argument, was ");" at 155

If I go to this line on the specified CSS file, I can't see anything that relates to this. The design of the site on the Shopify theme editor shows wrong colours etc, but the live site is as would expect it to look. Any thought on further diagnosing this issue?

I pasted the whole CSS file into there and it came back with 0 errors?!
