Why is my Shella theme font not changing?

I have added below code to theme-d.css in Shella theme but font is not changing.

font-family: "BarlowLight";
src: url("BarlowLight.woff2") format("woff2");
}

sorry if you have added custom so please upload all font type like TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2, SVG

I have uploaded WOFF and WOFF2 and TTF but still its not working...

}
