Why aren't my policy links hidden in the new theme?

Hi team, hope you guys are having a good day. I've hide the "show policy links" but it seems like did not reflect on my new theme, any ideas what happen?

Online Store ->Theme ->Edit code
Assets ->Base.css

.footer__content-bottom {
 
    display: none !important;
}
