Why does my cart page keep refreshing on my ecommerce site?

My Shopify website cart page constant refreshing recent, it also sometimes switches the item you have in your cart when trying to pay with Partial.ly app. Page link is https://liqueursoaka.com/cart

I pulled up your site on my end to look into this further, and I didn't notice any issues with the cart refreshing, or with the item in my cart switching. With this in mind, have you made any changes to your site since you posted this question?

If you're still experiencing these issues on your end, feel free to reply back to me here with a few screenshots, or a screen recording, that shows this happening. That way, I can help take a closer look into things. 

In the meantime though, can you also please let me know which theme you're using? You can confirm this by visiting your Shopify admin and clicking on 'Online Store > Themes'. The name of your theme will be listed here under 'Current theme'

If you're using a Shopify-developed theme (like what's listed here) and these issues are still occurring, our team can certainly help look into this. However, if you're using a third-party theme instead, I recommend contacting your theme developer about this by following these steps

Have the same problem here…The cart page keeps reloading once adding items to the cart and cannot proceed checkout…Anyone could help?

I just tested out your site on my end, and I didn't experience any reloads on the cart page. I was also able to access the checkout correctly. With this in mind, I recommend clearing your browser cache (by following these steps) to see if this helps resolve the issues you're experiencing. 

If you're still noticing this on your end though, please feel free to reply back to me here with a screenshot, or a screen recording, that shows this happening. This will help me get a better understanding of the problems you're running into. 

Can you also please confirm which theme you're using on your site? You can find the name of your theme directly in your Shopify admin under 'Online store > Themes > Current theme'

Hi Rae, we are having the same issue, could you please check ours?

When you add to cart, you can view your cart, but if you click 'checkout' the cart page just keeps refreshing. We have had multiple customers report this, and  it is happening when we check.

We're having the same issue - using Vendy Pro theme. I can't get a screen shot or anything else as it only happens to customers in Canada. One of our customers tried a new browser, clearing the cache, and even a different device and still had the same problem. Any other suggestions? www.NorthWoodCandleSupply.com
