Why isn't my banner resizing correctly on mobile?

For this page, my banner is not resizing for mobile. It works on my other collections.

I know my theme resizes other banners automatically, so I was thinking my banner content may just be too big. Let me know if there's a way I can CSS only that collection page or something. I don't see an options for applying custom CSS to single collection pages.

I have read and checked your problem. The problem of not resizing the banner is not an error due to the CSS code, the images in your banner all have the same operating mechanism. The problem that you don't see it fully displayed comes from the image you set as a banner. I recommend that you replace the banner image with a larger background image so that the code can align better. You can see that between your two banner images, there is an image with more background and the content is directed to the center of the image.
