Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
I am shutting my store down to the public a few weeks while I undergo upgrades and changes in how my organization operates. Under preferences, I clicked restrict access to visitors with the password. I then typed out my message. When I saved, my entire website is now password protected but the message I typed in the message box is not showing up to visitors on my website password protection page. Anyone know what is causing this? I am using the refresh theme.
Thank you.
Oh, and my website is www.PennsylvaniaParks.org

Hey, @Justin34.
Thanks for reaching out and posting this question!
I've taken a look at your store (www.pennsylvaniaparks.org) and I wasn't able to see the password page. However, I was able to test the Refresh theme on my test store, and the message to visitors from the Password protection did appear in the header during my testing.
You can also edit the other lines of text appearing the password page through the Theme editor, which can also be useful for including messages to your customers as well. When using the Theme editor, simply toggle to the password page and you'll be able to edit the texts or add sections.
If you're still experiencing an issue with showing the message from the Password protection, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to resolve the problem. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.
