Hello all!
I'm new to the shopify world - started my trial this morning to test out the platform (and haven't really been able to test out anything due to some technical issues). My experience with it so far is quite frustrating. I'm curious to see if any of you experience the same, and how often the following issues occur before jumping to another platform.
Issues:
- "Home" tab is visible, but quite funky. The summary page overlaps with the tickets below making it impossible to read.
- All the tabs, ie. "Orders", "Products" etc, even "Online Store" would not load at all. The green bar up top just runs forever and nothing happens.
- I tried to troubleshoot through help, but I couldn't even access the chat function on Shopify. After typing down and submitting the problems, the page again doesn't load. I had to email and create a ticket - still waiting for a response.
Note that I am using a desktop computer, not from my mobile, so the device shouldn't be an issue. I am from Canada, so I would think the geographic location should be pretty good for the server...
Please let me know if you've experience similar problems in the past, and how often it happens to you! Thanks!

Aria here, I'm on the Social Care team at Shopify.
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the admin. I haven't come across any other merchants with the same issues and I've checked with our technical team. It doesn't seem to be a known issue with the platform. I am in Canada too so I can verify, the admin seems to be working as normal.

Hi, so it seems I am experiencing the same issue. Whenever I try to loud up the preferences, pages, or themes tab under online store it says there's a problem loading this page. The status on it had no issues and I have tried another browser and didn’t get anywhere. I need help
