Can I get a refund for an unused Shopify subscription?

Got interested in the shopify stores i heard about online decided to try it for 1$ didnt have the time and forgot about it, woke up to the subscription increase payment of 594$ CAD i just don't have the money for this would like to speak to somebody that could help me out! thank you!
