Can I have staff accounts with the basic plan?

Hello, I currently have a store that is on the Pause and Build plan. We are working on getting it activated and upgraded to the basic plan, but it's telling me my staff accounts will be deactivated. I was under the impression that we were allowed up to two staff accounts for the basic plan, but it seems like that is no longer the case. When I asked the Support Chat Bot, it confirmed that we do get staff accounts, but the actual help center page says I don't get any. If someone could please confirm one way or the other, that would be great!

Thank you for the screenshot, I definitely understand your confusion. 

 

It looks like we made some changes to the staff accounts on our plans and I apologize that our AI chat shared some inaccurate information about that. I can confirm the staff account listings you are seeing on the actual Help Center page are the correct ones. Generally speaking, if you do see a discrepancy between the AI chat bot and the Help Center, the Help Center doc should be the one followed. Please do flag any other disparities though if you come across them.
