Can I make the address field mandatory for customers?

I would like to set the Address Field as a mandatory field so that the customer won't forget to input it, is there any way to do it?

Shouldn't address fields be mandatory anyways to be able to ship? Are you taking about the cart page? They do have to enter the address on the checkout page.

Yeah, I am referring to the cart page Address field because it is not a mandatory field now, I am not sure why, but on my website, they don't need to enter the address on the checkout page, they only need to enter the post code and state.
