Can't connect my IG to Shopify for Collaboration

I am a Brand Ambassador for Rave Nailz, and I have been having an extremely difficult time trying to apply for their collaboration on Shopify. I work with them through their Discord and I promote their products, but I was told I had to join their collab *here* to gain a discount code. When I try to apply for their collab, and I move on to Step 2, to connect my Instagram, I receive an "error, unauthorized" message every. Single. Time. I've messaged Rave Nailz, and they told me my best option is to message Shopify. However, Shopify doesn't HAVE a Support Email. So here I am, hoping someone sees this and can properly help me. A part of me feels like Rave Nailz can message support to help me out, and they just don't care because I don't have a bigger following, but that's a different convo. Can someone plz tell me what's going on and how I can fix it???? Thank you.
