Can't load online store

Since yesterday I can't load my online store. All I get is this message:

"There’s a problem loading this page
There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our status page

for updates and try again later."

I can't contact Shopify help either it also doesn't load... anybody have Shopify's E-mail?

Please help!

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty accessing your online store. In the meantime, I would recommend using Google Chrome to access your admin.

 

However, please let me know what browser you are using that's showing the error message. We have had some reports of issues with Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer specifically. If you are using one of those browsers and continue to experience difficulty, please advise and I can send this issue to our technical team.

 

Also, feel free to contact our support lines directly for 24 hour support.

Hi Rose!

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

I switched to Chrome and it worked like a charm!

Thanks again, should I contact support about this or just keep using chrome?

I'm so glad to hear that switching browsers solved the issue!

 

At this point, I would suggest continuing to work through Google Chrome if that works well for you. Our system is actually best suited for Google Chrome and continued use of Shopify through Chrome will reduce any browser related issues moving forward.

Hi!

 

I am having the same problem. However, I currently use google chrome and my online website is not loading, nor allowing me to edit any of the themes. I believe this is because I uploaded an image that was very large and for that reason, I am experiencing this. Granted, I have yet to begin selling stuff on my store (This is my first day and I already screwed the pooch), I am still unable to alleviate my problem. Please help

If I understand correctly, your storefront website and theme editor are not loading at all but you still have access to your Shopify admin, is that right? 

Since you are using Google Chrome, would you be able to clear your browser's cache and cookies to see if that improves load times? If it doesn't, would you be able to send me your store URL so I may take a look on my end? If you are also able to take a video of the load time you're experiencing, that would be fantastic.

Can you tell me a bit more about the issue you're experiencing? Is your entire website down at the moment? Please be sure to check that the issue persists in different browsers. Namely, Google Chrome.

Hi Rose,

The website is cargo-clearance.myshopify.com

We made the website live then we were unable to log in or even visit the domain we linked to it either.

I have tried logging in via Chrome and Safari yet the problem persists.

I just created a shop: https://flo-thriftshop.myshopify.com/
and I had the same problem as people who couldn't log in to manage my shop.

I've taken a look at your website and everything appears without an issue on my end. This sounds like a localized browser issue. Can you try logging in using another browser? Preferably Google Chrome. 

I would also recommend clearing your browser of cache and cookies to see if that solves the issue.

Can you try accessing your store in a different browser? If you're not using Google Chrome already, I would suggest trying there. I might also recommend clearing your browser of cache and cookies to see if that resolves the issue.

Hi Rose,

After trying google analytics, I can’t load my website w ww.lotusyogaco.com. I think there is something wrong with my theme.liquid. Is there anything I need to do to fix the code? I don’t remember what a regular theme code look like. Can Shopify please look into it? Please help!!

Hello I switched to google chrome and my store still is not showing up.  It is giving me the “we’ll be back soon”.  I need help!
