So I'm trying to connect my shopify with zoho mail. I've added the zoho zb code to shopify already. It says cname and mx records will be created automatically but, I can't seem to connect zoho to shopify. How can I solve this?

Because Zoho is a third-party platform that operates outside of Shopify, the Zoho support team are better suited to answer this query. You can get in contact with them here.
In saying this, I found their guide on how you can connect your store's domain to Zoho, feel free to have a read of it here. It looks like once you've added the TXT, MX, and CNAME records on your Shopify admin, you'll need to verify them within your Zoho Mail account. If you're having issues with this, as I mentioned it's best to contact the Zoho team so that they can perhaps look into your Zoho account from their end to further help.
