Why is my contact us page not sending emails?

Hi,

I've just setup a new store with a contact us page. I have tried to send multiple tests, however, none of the forms seem to be coming through to my email. I was wondering if anyone could help ASAP.

I have already set up the contact us page I am just not receiving the contact us form to my email.

Check the destination email is what you think it is

For me to receive the contact form the sender email address needs to be my main email for some reason. When I simply change the sender address to something else I am not receiving any emails.
