Good morning people, everything fine?
Please help me!! I'm trying to translate content that's within {{custom_message}} into notification emails "Contact Customer" into Portuguese but I can not find where to change the content! Does anyone know how I can do this? I've looked everywhere but I have not found it! Please save me !!
Thank you!

<table class="row content">
  <tr>
    <td class="content__cell">
      <center>
        <table class="container">
          <tr>
            <td>

            <p>{{ custom_message }}</p>

            </td>
          </tr>
        </table>
      </center>
    </td>
  </tr>
</table>

This is an accepted solution.

I have found a workaround for this problem. I left <p> </ p> with display none; Follow the code snippet.

            <p>my message...</p>
            <p style="display:none;">{{ custom_message }}</p>

I hope it helps other users, it helped me!
Thanks everyone.

The custom message contains whatever you enter when sending this email. See the "Custom message for this customer" text box. It won't need translating since you type that in manually.

See this link for more info:

I jump on these forums to help and share some insights. Not looking to be hired, and not looking for work.
Don't hand out staff invites or give admin password to forum members unless absolutely needed. In most cases the help you need can be handled without that.

Hi Jason, thank you very much for your help!
Very good to know that it can be modified in manual email but in my case, {{custom_message}} is being used for automatic email. And I'm not finding out where that change is made.
Do you know where I change in automatic submission? Help me again, please!
Thanks!!
