Does changing email affect webhook functionality?

I have been using an webhook for many years with no issue.  I changed our Shopify email yesterday, and all of a sudden the webhook isn't working.  Are these things connected?  Does anyone know what could have caused this issue?

Could be that the admin user you created the webhook with was associated with the email you modified. Maybe check that? Or maybe if you're using a private app, the private app you created to use with the webhook might have been associated with the email.
