Something has changed and on my Facebook page everything is able to been seen except under my shop tab. It says for me to "Manage your collections on Shopify Go to Shopify".
Also, if I try and look at my page on my mobile phone it says my shop is not visible to customers until I add inventory. To add products, please open your shop on a computer.
This is becoming extremely frustrating - I have read some other peoples questions and have unpublished my facebook page for now and will try publishing it again but am unsure if this is going to help with my situation. Can someone please give me some advice regarding this? Thanks.

I can see from the screenshot of your Facebook page that you have no shop tab activated:
Can you please follow my instructions on page 1 of this thread to activate your shop tab and shopping template? I will need the exact screenshots I have shared in that post to correspond with your store. Please send them on as you follow each step.

What worked for me was a twist on Lulu5's instructions. Go to the link she provided (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools), find the Shopify integration, rather than deleting it, click "View and edit", and then make sure the page and business you're trying to fix is selected as part of the integration.
I manage multiple ad accounts and pages for e-commerce businesses and even though I went through the process to grant a new permission from within Shopify, it didn't enable it for this specific page and business. Once I checked the boxes for that business/page, I then disabled the Facebook Shop integration from within Shopify and then re-enabled it. That triggered a new product review and a few hours later the products were showing up on the business page. Hope that helps!
omg I totally agree. I've been trying to fix this issue since July, 2019.
This goes on and on. I have exactly the same issue, there are no products or links showing on FB at all. I have followed the various suggested fixes with zero result. If this cannot be fixed then how can Shopify claim to have an integration with FB? It's tough enough in business without losing what should be a main part of sales generation and leads.

finally i found the solution:
1- from shopify admin go to facebook shop account and disconnect it.
2- get back to your facebook account and disable shop tap from setting then enable it.
3- click on shop tab the you have to chose your buying methode through a popup massage (follow the below pics)
4- then go back to shopify admin account then connect your facebook channel.
that's working for me.

I'm having the same problem. I followed your steps and as a result, all manage account settings on Shopify side disappeared for me at all in the 'view and edit' window. It is 2020, anyone has any solution yet?
