I need some help. I am having some issues. I contacted support for trial extension, I received an automated email from them stating that they no longer receive emails. Can someone help me?  I only have a couple days left.

What difficulties have you been having with your new store? I'd be happy to chat through them and hopefully get you back on track.

Hi Cal!
Thank you for replying. The problem is that my web designer is very sick
which is causing the website not to be up at the appointed time. Please,
see how you guys can help me get an extension.Thank you so much for helping.
For the URL I am not too sure, I am sending two links if I need to do
something else please let me know. Thank you so much.

Hi again, @Elj. Please navigate to Online Store > Domains, and you can see the MyShopify URL for your store there. It will look like something.myshopify.com.

Hello @Cal !

I am a new Shopify seller and am requesting a trial extension of 1 more week. I haven't been well productive the first week of my 14 day trial, which I am not proud of. I have taken it much for granted by not using my time wisely enough. It may very well be that this is my first time selling online, so I took a lot of time doing one task while I should have moved on already. Currently in my second week (4 days left) building a long-term store, right now I would much appreciate if Shopify gave me a few more days to get things officially running. It would absolutely help me get things done and see if my store and product run well before my $30 monthly pay. Is it possible to get my request approved?
