Frozen Store

Why is my store frozen?  My staff (fiver rep) is trying to set up my store but it keeps saying it's frozen.  My bill is paid so I don't know the problem?

I recommend you to email directly to Shopify's Merchant/Technical support. They should assist you with the issue!
