Why isn't my geolocation app displaying the pop-up correctly?

Hi everyone 

I need some help.

I have installed the Shopify geolocation app and enabled both options - pop up country recommendation and footer selector. Both look correct on the preview.

However, when I go to my store www.bebeartiste.com, I do not see the pop up; I see only the footer. Moreover, the usual Privy pop up form (that captures customers email in exchange for free shipping) is also gone.

I have tried this on multiple devices and even a friend's overseas device - nothing shows up.
