Has anyone experienced issues with Joanna Home Decor orders?

Has anyone every shopped this merchant and received the goods they ordered?  I placed an order on Tuesday, my card was charged but I never received an order confirmation.  Tried contacting the merchant and none of their phone numbers work.

It sounds like you are referring to a product from a specific store. However, as Shopify is the platform many shops use to build their website, we don’t actually manage inventory or ship orders from here ourselves. We do however have a detailed FAQ to help you with the next steps here

These people "Joanna Home Decor" are crooks and should be kicked off platform

I just fell into the same trap.  Placed an order with this merchant and never received a order confirmation but they took my money and it cleared my bank.  I’m going to lodge a complaint and go to my bank to make a claim.  I tried calling them too but it’s as if there isn’t a business there at all.  How did you report this and did you get any resolution?

Going through the same BS, ordered a large rug, a runner and a mat to go under rug (close to $600). Gave me 1 UPS tracking number for all 3 items (UPS never does 1 # for 3 sseperate items, I called) ... the runner came through an amazon delivery... (which when I looked on line, all the items were less expensive if I would have bought through amazon, should have done!) the second delivery it said both the mat and big rug were delivered... only the mat was. I called and called, the voice mail said it wasnt accepting messages, no one ever answers. I have emailed 7x, with no response until they said there was miscommunications and now they are saying oh we will send a new tracking number. I dont even want the rug now and told them to start a return and refund my money. No reply.... of course the website says you only have 15 days to return orders. I know for a fact its going to be an issue. Thank God I bought it w my amex, they will fight for me. Shopify, you need to kick them off your platform... they are going to give you a bad reputation.
