Its because Fastly CDN is experiencing an outage. Loads of sites are also down, twitch, reddit etc (any companies that use Fastly). Hopefully will be up soon.

Looks like Shopify is having a global problem. All stores I check are having same issue. So nothing wrong your side, just have to wait for Shopify to sort their side.

I have been having the same problem. I am accessing from London UK. 

I have tried multiple computers, multiple internet connections. 

I cannot load my shopify site, and I could not go to the Shopify website or the support site. However, the UK shopify home page seems to back on.

The worst aspect of it is that the website that monitors shopify's uptime also seems to be down. I hope they didn't put it all in one place.

I noticed some minor issues with loading a few days ago. I dismissed it, thinking that Shopify is so big, it's unlikely to have this kind of problem.

I have just moved to Shopify, and this really had knocked my confidence in Shopify.

Check other threads, Shopify is having a major problem at the moment, that effects many shops. Admin not loading, pictures missing, etc.

This issue may have been resolved in some places yesterday but it has affected my shop today.

Since this morning I have been unable to load any pages in my admin...Home, orders, products, settings, etc.

The only thing that loads is this message. I can still get to my actual store front, but not sure if anyone can purchase from it.

Hi @carolsueweeks,

There were no known outages at this time or since the one the other day. Is it working for you now? 

If not, there are a couple of things you can try. Could you try opening it on an incognito tab and seeing if it works then? If it doesn't, could you try it on a different device with a different IP address. And if that doesn't work, your best bet would be to clear your device cache and try it then. Let me know if any of these work for you, please!

Every time I try to log into my online store I get this message below, doesn't matter which browser I use I cannot access the my store.
