How can I access my email within my ecommerce platform?

Hi,

 

I cannot seem to find a proper help chat, so I guess this is my only choice to get any help.

 

How can I find my e-mail in Shopify?

 

My domain is forwarding to Shopify now, so I cannot access my e-mail normally anymore. I think I have to access it inside Shopify, but I cannot find how to do that.

 

Someone, please help.

I understand you have connected your domain to your Shopify store, however, you have found your email no longer works.

 

 With Shopify, you do not get a hosting email service, nor an inbox to host your email. So routing email to Shopify here is not the problem. 

 

What is likely the problem here is that you have forwarded your domain rather than connecting it to the store itself. Can you check to make sure that you followed the process within this guide here specifically, while connecting your domain?

 

I believe that the above will fix your issue, however, if you are following the above guide and encounter any issues, please do let me know. Can you let me know what hosting company is that you use? 

 

Once you have the email all set up, have you given a thought to how you want to integrate your marketing into this? I would very much recommend looking into starting a promotional campaign to get started. We have a terrific guide here on ways to use this to your advantage from start to finish, step by step.
