How can I add additional info for payment verification in my store?

Hello in my store there is a messeage that I have to add additional information for my shopify payments verification but there is no place for me to put them. What should I do? Is there any way to resolve this?

Thanks for posting in the Shopify Community. I recommend trying some local troubleshooting to see if the form to submit your information appears — such as clearing your cache and cookies and/or using an incognito window to access your admin. 

If you're still unable to submit your information, I recommend reaching out to our live support team so we can look at things from our end. To do so, head over to the Help Center, enter the details of your issue into the chat assistant, and click I still need help to be transferred to a Support Advisor.
