How can I apply a 25% discount to the entire purchase?

Hello! I am wanting to add a discount that is 25% off entire purchase. When I go to create the discount, the "applies to" section does not give this option. The "all products" sounds like each product in the order will get the discount and that is not what I am looking for. Thank you for any feedback/help!

If your goal is to offer 25% off the entire order, then selecting "All products" would be the option to select. The discount would provide 25% off each product, which would work out to be the same amount if 25% were to be applied to the total amount. If you're only wanting to offer 25% off certain products, then you can select the "specific products" option to select the products that are eligible for the discount.
