I am not able to change the subdomain of my store please help me
Hi @Moneyexactor,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you looking to add a new subdomain to the shop?
If so, could you please share more information on whether the subdomain was purchased through Shopify or a third-party domain provider?
We have a great Adding A Subdomain document that I'd encourage you to check out. It shares steps on how you can successfully connect up to 20 subdomains to your shop at any given time. Depending on where the subdomain was purchased, the steps to connect it to your shop may slightly vary. For ease, I've gone ahead and outlined below how you can connect both a Shopify-managed and third-party subdomain to your shop.
Adding a Shopify-managed subdomain:
eu
for Europe, or ca
for Canada).
Adding a third-party subdomain:
CNAME
.shops.myshopify.com
.To confirm that your subdomain is connected to your Shopify store, click Verify connection.
To learn more about this, you can check out our Connecting Third-Party Subdomains document for additional details.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
