Hi, I did not receive a payout because my bank details were entered incorrectly. I do not remember what I entered so I am unable to update my bank details. I need help with this as there seems to be no way to get in touch with someone directly and all contact emails fail. Thanks.

Hello, I have entered the wrong bank details therefore I was unable to revive a payout. I have tried to update the bank details but originally entered them incorrectly so I am unable to update them. Please I need help with this. There is no way to speak to someone directly for support. Thanks

Hi Summer,
I have tried for the last 4 hours to update my bank details as I had entered them incorrectly. I do not know what I entered as it was a mistake so there for Shopify will not allow me to update my details. I have chatted with multiple people through chat and I still can’t resolve this issue. I would like to resolve it asap so o can revive my payouts. Please help

Hi,
yes, I was told that the security team would get in touch with me via email regarding updating my bank details. It has now been well over 48 hours since I was told this and I have still not had a response. This is quite urgent as I cannot pay my bills due to my payouts being on hold. Is there anyway this can get resolved asap ? This should take so long. Thanks

Did this every get resolved? I’m having the same issues and it’s been two weeks of back and forth without any indication on when this will be solved 😞 I’m so upset.
Hey have they reached back to you yet and have you been able to change your bank account information? I’m going through the same thing right now and I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks and no update yet
Hi! They did but it took them about 2-3 weeks, I kept following up via their chat and even tagged them on social media (on x/twitter), it’s not right it takes them that long to respond when it comes to payouts. Keep following up everyday!
