How can I display automotive assemblies and related parts on one product page?

Hello - I'm trying to sell automotive assemblies along with their related parts. We get a schematic image that shows the complete assembly along with each part that makes up the assembly identified by a letter/number.

See this example of a brake caliper assembly and the parts that make up the assembly:

Does Shopify offer a way to display all these items on a single product page with the ability for the customer to pick and choose what gets added to the cart?
