How can I forward my domain to my basic store?

I am trying to forward my domain to my shopify store and can't find the settings. Using the basic shopify store.
Trying to froward 863LAB.com to https://a95703.myshopify.com/, my domain host is telling me this needs to be done through shopify. Thank you!

If your 863LAB.com domain has been purchased with a third party domain provider, then you can connect it to your Shopify store by following steps from this guide. 

However, if you purchased your domain from Google Domains, GoDaddy, or 1&1 IONOS, then you can connect your domain to Shopify automatically.
