How can I get a refund after canceling my plan?

Hello, I canceled my plan before you guys billed me. I would like a refund please because I really need the money. Also if you guys could cancel my account completely it would be really appreciated.

Hello, yeah I have been trying to do that but it is not working. I believe because I erased my page just today the system got confused. Is there another way I could get help?
