How can I include product cost in custom order reports?

Hello 

I am trying to add the cost of the product to know the margin at the end in the monthly report when i am making a custom order in the application or website. Because sometimes i have custom details of the product that add extra cost.
 
 

please how can i add the cost of the product to be calculated at the end in the report.
