Hi, @Vantego.

Thanks for sharing your store URL, I would be happy to provide some feedback for you. Your product looks really awesome, however, I do have a couple of suggestions for your shop. Your homepage image is cut off, I would recommend referencing our Uploading Images guide to ensure you are uploading your images as per the requirements listed here. You are also only offering one product, while you certainly can focus on selling one product, you may want to consider even offering different variations of your product if possible to offer some more options for your potential customers. I would also consider adding an announcement bar/banner to the header of your shop, you could add a banner to highlight the following information:

  • any shipping delays or regions not accepting international shipments
  • any updated or new policy pages
  • any promotions being offered at this time, such as new gift cards

Depending on what theme you are using, you may have this feature built into your theme. Feel free to check out our guide on adding an announcement banner here for more information. If your theme does not have this feature, you could always look into a free app option like:

- Bannerfly

- Quick Announcement Bar/Banner

In regards to getting traffic to your shop, I would love to hear about what marketing and promotion techniques you have been implementing to bring traffic into the shop. I noticed you have your Instagram page linked at the footer of your shop, but no Facebook page. If you have a Facebook page for your business, I would consider setting up Facebook with your Shopify account so that you can sell on Facebook and run ads utilizing Facebook easier. We have a guide for setting up the Facebook channel that I recommend looking into if you have not yet done so. I also suggest reading through this fantastic article that talks about bringing traffic into your shop. It looks into great questions you can ask yourself about your shop, such as:

  • Is this a good product? A “good product” means that it’s good enough for your audience and passes their implicit cost-benefit analysis.
  • Is there a large target market? A market is a group of people already spending money on something. Are people buying the same type of product?
  • Is there an addressable target market? An addressable market is a group of people with visible shared qualities, already spending money on something. Is there a market segment you can focus on?
  • Is there a great product story and/or compelling copy? You might have a clear “why” for the product in contrast to competitors, but you need to translate that pitch to compelling web copy. Does your product pitch resonate with them enough to purchase?
  • Is there a low-cost way to reach this audience? The goal should be to keep customer acquisition costs low. Are there multiple ways you can reach potential customers?

It then moves into offering some examples of ways you can further work on bringing traffic into your shop.

I hope some of these ideas help you out moving forward, please feel free to reach back out here with any questions about the above information. We are always happy to help out!
