How can I regain access to my discontinued ecommerce account?

I recently created my website and am experiencing the same problems. Shopify discontinued my account due to a policy that I may have unintentionally and unknowingly violated. I would like to rejoin Shopify, thus my question is: can I still resolve this issue? How do I get full access back and correct the error that led to my termination?


I would really appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this.

Depending on the nature of the situation you should have received an email communicating this decision. In some cases, there is an option to dispute the closure of your store. If this is available to you, please follow that link in your email and our team will review this decision. If that option is not available in your email, then unfortunately this decision is final and cannot be reconsidered at this time.
