How can I regain access to my inactive online store?

Previously I was trying to install of payment. But suddenly I couldn't access my shop
Since then my store status changed to inactive, but I can't reactivate it
Is there anything I can do to get back access to my store?

Since we are unable to authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the specifics. If you are unable to successfully login to manage your store, you will need to reach out to our live support for assistance. In this case, you can get in direct contact with a Support Advisor by navigating to the Help Center
 
When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected accordingly.
