How can I remove category fragment from product URLs?

On my site the URLs of product cards are implemented using two methods:

1. With a category fragment in the URL
2. Without category fragment in URL

Example: 

https://smokefox.com/collections/dabbing-accessories/products/marble-spinner-carb-cap 

I need to leave only the implementation without the category fragment in the URL:

https://smokefox.com/products/marble-spinner-carb-cap. 

Can anyone help me with this?
