How can I remove email subscription popup from my webpage?

I am struggling to remove the email subscription pop up from my page. Everytime you open the page it comes up with this message saying sign up for a discount, however I no longer want this to come up and cannot work out how to remove it. 

I have tried looking in theme settings for a "disable" button but cannot find it - I am not familiar with code so do not know where to look there either

The theme I am using is: "Refresh"

Can you please share your store URL? Also, Is there any third-party app integrated for Popup like Klaviyo or something?

Hello @darrenb1 ,

I noticed the Popup issue on your website. This popup is actually originating from Mailchimp. To resolve this, you'll need to access your Mailchimp settings and disable the popup from there.
