How can I resolve my suspended account and unpaid payouts issue?

i spoke to someone from shopify help centre a couple of weeks ago since i never received my payouts and my account was gonna be suspended. you guys told me that you can’t help and i need to wait to get an email back from shopify. i never got the email and now my account is suspended and inactive.
I have two questions:
1. Can I receive my payout?
2. ⁠If i cannot receive my payout. did the customer at least get their money back?

I also want to get a renewal for my subscription since the day after i renewed my account got suspend so it’s not fair for me to have to pay for that months subscription. I’m not rich like you guys for me every amount of money means a lot.
