How can I verify my identity on Shopify payments after missing the deadline?

Shopify hold my shopify payment account and now i cannot receive payouts from the customer. shopify sent me an email saying to verify my identity by 15 february and now i am not able to verify my identity because i missed the deadline. please help me to verify my identity or how to unhold my account

If you haven't already, I would recommend replying to that email you received from the payments team letting them that you ran out of time. They should be able to advise you on next best steps.
