All things Shopify and commerce
When selecting and mass editing more than one product at a time, it now loads up a new interface.
One problem I noticed with the new page is it only displays 2 tags of each product. Prior to the update, all tags were visible and I was able to ctrl+f to quickly find and see what products have a specific tag. Columns are not expandable either.
Please consider changing the design so we can see all tags at once and make the columns expandable.
Thanks
I also noticed that the columns aren't able to be moved around anymore. I liked to move them around to be able to access what I needed properly.
Another issue with this, is that when typing in tags to find an existing one on the site, after I check off the tag I want, I have to manually backspace what I typed (for example, if I wanted to tag an item in the bulk editor with 'green' which is on the site already, I would start typing 'gre' and then the tag would show up, so I click on it, and then if I just move on, my 'gre' would stay there as a new tag! I would have to manually delete it)
This all aside for the server errors I get every few minutes on the interface.
Is there an option to go back to the old one until these bugs are fixed?
Here is an example URL of the new product bulk edit.
[store name].myshopify.com/admin/products/bulk?....
remove the "/products" and you get the old product bulk edit menu.
I cannot thank you enough for the above link to the old bulk edit.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
(Honestly, the new one is pretty terrible.)
This really worked well, but doesn't seem to be the case anymore. My shop has /admin/bulk, with no /products anymore. And the new interface is really bad
This is not working anymore! please help any other way to do it?
Apparently the bypass has been patched. Has anyone else found another way?
