How to duplicate an online store for multiple villas with different offerings?

Hi there,

I am creating a store for guests staying at multiple villas we manage as a property management company. The idea is that guests can book, buy, and request many different experiences, services, and products during their vacation. 

However, depending on which villa the guest is staying in, the products/services offered will be slightly different, as will the pricing. 

I was hoping to duplicate the store (but all remaining on the same subdomain) and then make small changes to the products so it would be something like this:

shop.ourwebsite.com/villa1

shop.ourwebsite.com/villa2

shop.ourwebsite.com/villa3

...and so on

so each villa has a unique link where the products available there are slightly different. I want to duplicate though instead of creating each villa's store from scratch as the products/pricing will be 90% the same across all villas.

Just wondering the best way to go about this as haven't used Shopify before.
