How to manage multiple product discounts with limited active discounts?

Hello

We are new to Shopify and I apologize if this has already been asked and answered.

We are creating Automatic Discounts and ran into an error stating that no more than 25 Active Discounts can be created.

We have 2K products with more than 25 discount levels. I have combined the products that share the same discount however I have more levels to enter Has anyone else ran into this issue and what is the best way to offer discounts on multiple products without having to use coupons or something that would have to be mailed to our customers?

Can you provide more context into your coupon needs? What are the specific coupons that you need that require you to have more than 25? There might be a way we can combine the discounts or products to allow you to achieve this.

If we hit a wall there is always the option to use an app.  There are loads of options depending on your needs. For example there are all in one apps such as Discount Ninja or there are a variety of quantity/volume based discount apps.

Good morning -  reference your question our coupon needs. We have 2000 products of different varieties in addition each product itself may have four to six different discount levels based on quantity purchased.

I have combined as many products using the same discounts levels that I can, unfortunately there are many remaining products with their own discount requirements that I cannot combine.

One other question that came up was the statement that said only 1 active discount can be used, what would happen if a customer ordered multiple products, all with their own discount levels, on the same order? Will they be able to receive multiple discounts listed with different active discounts associated with the different products?

Can you give me more information on the Discount Ninja application and how it would interface?

I do apologize for the continued questions, however, can you provide the specifics of the discounts? In order to provide the best level of support without access to your account, I will need to know the specifics of the discounts.

For example, the specific quantity tiers, and how many products this applies to, such as Products X, Y, Z require 10% off at this volume etc. If we know more about the discounts you are attempting to create, we can provide potential workarounds.

For example, a potential workaround could be creating hidden collections that are only viewable in your admin and used for discount tiering only. However, to know if this would work I will need to know the specifics of your discounts.

In regards to Discount Ninja; this is a third-party developed application that offers a wide range of discount customization. As this is not a Shopify-developed product it's difficult to provide a clear description of how it operates. However, they do provide a 14-day trial for you to test out to see if it suits your needs before you commit.

Order 3 or more 250 COUNT #10 X 1-1/2 inch Metal Roofing/Siding Screws or other Bulk Metal Screws - Save 8%
Order 10 or more 250 COUNT #10 X 1-1/2 inch Metal Roofing/Siding Screws or other Bulk Metal Screws - Save 12%
Order 50 or more 250 COUNT #10 X 1-1/2 inch Metal to Wood Roofing Screws or other Bulk Metal Screws - Save 25%
Order 240 (1/2 Pallet/24 Boxes) of 250 COUNT #10 X 1-1/2inch Metal to Wood Roofing Screws Quantity - Save 30%
Order 480 (Full Pallet/48 Boxes) of 250 COUNT #10 X 1-1/2 inch Metal to Wood Roofing Screws Quantity - Save 35%

Thanks for your reply unfortunately we need a discount application that can be used with an API. So far none of the vendors do API. We are still looking.

Have you found any that do API or a bulk update? I have the same/similar issue with my products and discounts.
